One Time Servicings
Job Scope:

Service Includes:
- Clean and wash the filters
- Clean the evaporator coil
- Check the condenser unit

- Vacuum drainage system
- Check for noise problem
- Check the condenser unit
- Check all electrical components
- Tighten electrical contacts
- Check the refrigerant system
Warranty:
30 days on service workmanship (on scope of service only)

- Top up of Freon gas will be charged separately
- All the above prices quoted do not include spare part replacements and repair works

Chemical Wash
Chemical wash is a thorough chemical overhaul of the air conditioning unit. This service is needed when general servicing of the aircon unit does not improve the condition. Chemical will break down any stubborn dust and grease.

- Clear water leak problem
- Increase cooling with saving on electrical consumption
- Saving on total maintenance cost
- Prolong the lifespan of equipment
Service Includes:
- Dismantle all removable parts of the fan-coil unit
- Dismantle electronic control and drainage device
- Vacuum drainage system
- Re-charge in of R22 refrigerant gas
- Check control and thermostats
- Test and commission system

Troubleshoot & Repair
Troubleshooting Fee $45
A fee of $45 will be charged for checking/troubleshooting. This $45 will be waived if the repair work is confirmed.
Scope of Work:
- Troubleshoot faults in air conditioning system
- Prepare service report on faults found and recommend repair actions
- Provide quotation on repair/ parts as appropriate
Warranty:
30 days for part(s) replaced
Terms & Conditions:
- Above rates may be adjusted accordingly depending on the site condition and location
- The customer shall pay for the diagnostic fee in the event that the customer does not want us to proceed with the parts replacement or repair work
